Paul M. Brandon, CPA
Principal
Paul has worked in Alaska’s public accounting profession since 1978 and leads the firm with a focus on tax strategy, construction industry consulting, and client relationships.
Alec E. Doig, CPA
Principal
Alec joined the firm in 2019 and became a shareholder in 2022. After starting his career with a national accounting firm, he joined our team and quickly grew into a valued partner for our construction clients. In addition to overseeing our financial statement practice, he is heavily involved with our corporate tax return practice.
Glen E. Dunn, CPA
Principal
Glen manages our financial statement engagements including our construction and Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) clients. In addition, he bridges the gap between our financial statement practice and the related corporate tax returns. He joined the firm in 2019 after spending time with a nationwide firm.
Barry T. McLaughlin, CPA
Tax Manager
Barry manages many of our individual and trust tax returns. He brings a wealth of knowledge from a long career as a controller for a local construction contractor in addition to decades of preparing individual tax returns.
Emerald S. Doig, CPA
Tax Supervisor
Emerald focuses on tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses, with an emphasis on clear communication and client education.
Vita O. Voloshin, CPA
Audit & Accounting Supervisor
Vita supports both the tax and financial statement audit teams and brings experience in both private industry and public accounting. She is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
Thomas R. Cinkota
Senior Accountant
Thomas supports both the tax and financial statement teams, eagerly growing his knowledge base and skills. Prior to completing his accounting degree at the University of Alaska-Anchorage, Thomas spent four years serving our country in the United States Marine Corps.
Jessica M. Codde Spalding
Staff Accountant
Jessica supports both the tax and financial statement teams. Prior to joining our firm, Jessica spent time working in the legal and medical fields. Her wide range of knowledge and go-getter attitude make her a valuable asset to our team.
Romina R. Gonzales
Office Manager
Romina plays a vital role in client communication, tax return processing, and firm operations, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to support TBSG’s success.

Executive Secretary
Since 1993, Dana has upheld TBSG’s high standards by ensuring the quality of client financial statements and outgoing correspondence through her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency and excellence.

Office Clerk
Kennedy assists with routine office duties, including answering phones, document scanning, and supporting staff as needed. Her reliability and willingness to help contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
